Martha Mondays: Grilled Mozzarella Sandwiches

Bizzy Bakes chose today’s project, grilled mozzarella sandwiches. What did you think? It was easy enough to make. My family said the bread tasted like French toast. My mozzarella did not melt completely, so I didn’t like that aspect. It was something different, but didn’t quite do it for me.

My mozzerella didn’t melt either.

Ugh. Not a winner at all. It was a lot of high calorie ingredients. I would much rather have regular grilled cheese than combine French toast and grilled cheese in one.

I haven’t made mine yet, but now that you both didn’t like it maybe I should make some changes 😀 I was wondering about the French toast part!

Yeah, I don’t know. I didn’t quite understand what this recipe thought it was accomplishing.
