    That’s a lot of green! Sauteed greens with garlic are a go-to dish for me. Then I throw them in pasta or with sausage or with other veggies or in broth. Really easy and they cook down so much. The other way I use a lot of greens is throwing a handful into green smoothies – with frozen fruit and whatever else you like.

    Ana – there was no eggplant. And if there were, I would not take it since I don’t care for it and no one in my house does either.
